The production of our collections is performed by artisans who craft each piece by hand. Please bear in mind that due to this manual production process, any small irregularities that can present themselves in the product shouldn’t be seen as imperfections or defects. They are the result of the artisanal process and manual production by our manufacturers who put love and care into each one of our products.

As our fans are made out of other garments, the textile quantity is low which makes every creation a unique piece. The fabrics used might have some traces and marks of their former lives.

• Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.

• Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.

If the Buyer considers that damage could have occurred in shipping, please notify us as soon as possible. Also, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
