Orders are processed the next business day, Monday to Friday, excluding France and Spain holidays.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email & the shipping tracking number. If you don’t receive it, please check your Spam inbox.
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. momarohé is not responsible for any payment custom costs.

All taxes are included for EU Shengen countries.
All other international shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped. -
Our goods are handmade, small imperfections or variation in shape, size, and colour should not be seen as faulty.
Is part of the beauty of the craftsmanship and will not be accepted as faulty.
Gently hold and manipulate our glass rings: avoid strong collisions, as they can cause the glass to shatter.
We kindly request your understanding that we cannot be held responsible for refunds in the event of glass ring breakage or shattering. We make every effort to create durable and high-quality products, but the fragile nature of glass makes it susceptible to damage under certain circumstances.

All goods purchased on our site can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, including packaging, to receive a refund.
To organize the return please email bonjour@momarohe.com stating your order number, and we will help you arrange a pick-up and send you a pre-adressed return label.
Return costs for the EU are 15€ and international (UK included) are 35€. Please note that this sum will be deducted from the total amount refunded along with any tax and customs fees generated.
Costs and risks of returned articles are with the customer, the original shipping cost of any returned items won’t be refunded.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

We offer 14 days of exchange of items from when you have received your purchase.
Contact us at bonjour@momarohe.com to let us know the replacement size and we will ship for free it to the address in your original order.
You will need to return the item and make a new purchase.

Please note that for pieces in the Archive Sale, we do not offer refunds, but you may return the item for store credit.
